Before you arrive

Below is the checklist for you to clear before you start the process of enrolment at BIMS.

Seat Deposit
To confirm your seat at BIMS, you must pay a seat deposit within 14 days of your offer of admission. Beyond that, there is no guarantee a seat will be reserved for you. This deposit is non-refundable and can be paid through the BIMS application portal.
Housing & Transportation:
Details will be shared soon.
Flight plan and student travel form
Plan your arrival based on the academic calendar for different sessions.
Passport and Visa:
For entry into Jamaica, students from most countries will need a valid passport and visa. Passports must have validity for at least six months after the expected date of travel. US and Canadian citizens need a valid passport but do not require a visa. US green card holders will get visa on arrival and will have to show a passport from their country of origin and their US green card.
Immunization Record
For registration for classes you must fill in the immunization record form. This form must be signed by your physician before it is uploaded (upload section will come soon). Carry additional copy of this record.
